ABOUT THE CLASS

The Knox Eagles Adult Gymnastics classes welcome everyone, whether your an ex-gymnast looking to get back into the swing or your brand new to the sport.
It doesn't matter if your wanting to get right into gymnastics for just wanting to learn a few tricks, we will help you develop the strength and skill required in a safe environment!
Our classes are designed to be fun as we have both an in-ground trampoline and foam pit, but to also help improve strength and flexibility!
Age restriction: MUST be 18 years or over to participate!
While these classes are run on a casual basis, we recommend regular attendance to maximize enjoyment and development.

The classes cost $18 per session.

Gymnastics is a risky sport, while all care is taken by our coaches to learn skills safely as possible, injuries can still occur. All participants must be registered with Gymnastics Australia for $42 which includes Personal Injury insurance.
WHAT TO WEAR?

For your own safety we ask participants wear appropriate clothing during class. This may include leggings/shorts and t-shirt or singlet. The following should NOT be worn: Socks, denim, skirts, dresses and/or clothing with zips or buttons, ties, belts, watches or jewellery.
